CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
SALARY: £41,025-£43,821
Preston Care & Repair is an independent charitable home improvement agency providing innovative housing-related services for older, disabled and vulnerable people in Lancashire.
At present, the agency provides services in Preston, Chorley, South Ribble and West Lancashire, covering a population of around 250,000 people. Very much client focused, our overall aim is to help clients to live independently in homes that are warm, safe and adapted to their needs.
Our Chief Executive Officer is leaving shortly and we are seeking to recruit a flexible, dynamic and visionary person to build on our substantial achievements and provide leadership in future years.
Candidates should have a successful record in senior management, excellent strategic planning abilities, and strong empathy for our client group and highly developed interpersonal, networking and ambassadorial skills.
